Shop Info

Here are my shop policies! As this is a new undertaking for me the policies are subject to change and I will update as I get more experience. Thank you for visiting my shop! :)

Last updated: July 2021

Payment

- I accept PayPal and major credit cards. All prices in my shop are listed in Canadian dollars. Your order will be converted to your currency during the checkout process.

Dispatch & Shipping

- Orders will be shipped 1-3 days after payment.

- All prints will be carefully packed and protected to the best of my ability and shipped in a flat, hard mailer with a "do not bend" sticker. I am not responsible for any damage incurred through shipping.

**- I will be using Canada Post regular class mail for shipping unless stated otherwise.  Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping times may vary and be slower than usual. Shipping times for regular lettermail and tracked packages have varried between 1 week to 1 month over the holiday season due to the pandemic and holiday season overload with postal service.

- I ship worldwide.

- For international orders, a customs form will be filled out honestly.

- I am not responsible for any customs charges (if any). They are out of my jurisdiction.

Prints

- Due to the nature of the linocut print process, each piece will have it's own little variations and character. (This just means it's unique to you!)

- I do my best to post photos of my prints that accurately represent the work, but of course lighting and camera work can cause slight variations especially regarding colour.

Refunds/Exchanges

-If you're not happy with your print, don't hesitate to contact me within 14 days to see how we can best remedy the issue.

Printful
- I will process your Printful orders when I receive your payment. Depending on your payment method, it can take a few days.
- Shipping times from Printful vary depending on your location, but it can take a few weeks to reach you.

For posters fulfilled by Printful, your poster will be shipped rolled, not flat. Because of the awesome thick quality of the paper, you will have to flatten the poster out before framing.

Tip: Personally, I like to roll it the opposite way once and then lay it flat using a couple of heavy books.
